1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Digital Funds Consolidation website and client portal operated by Digital Consolidation Ltd (Company No. 08884457). By using our services you agree to these terms.

2. Services

We provide receivables consolidation, reporting, and related administrative services as described on our website and in any client agreement. Features of the client portal may evolve over time.

3. Accounts

Client portal accounts are issued by administrators. You must keep credentials confidential and notify us of unauthorised access. We may suspend accounts that present security or compliance risk.

4. Funds and fees

Funds Held in Trust represent amounts recorded as held on your behalf under our processes. Fees are charged separately and are not automatically deducted from the trust balance unless expressly agreed in writing. Payout release is subject to completed compliance requirements and applicable fee status.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, upload unlawful content, or use the service for activities that violate applicable law.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under English law. Subject to that, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law and as set out in any commercial agreement with you.
